1-Year Limited Warranty
Luvaira stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our beauty devices. All Luvaira devices come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What's Covered
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Electrical or mechanical failures under normal use
- LED light malfunctions not caused by misuse
- Battery issues (excluding normal wear and tear)
- Button or control malfunctions
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches and cosmetic damage
- Damage from water exposure beyond device specifications
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Lost or stolen devices
- Accessories such as charging cables or attachments (separate 90-day warranty applies)
- Damage caused by use with unauthorized third-party products
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your device has a covered defect:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@luvaira.com
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue
- Include photos or videos demonstrating the defect, if applicable
- Our team will review your claim and provide instructions within 2-3 business days
Warranty Service
If your warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the defective device
- Replace the device with a new or refurbished unit of equal or better specifications
- Issue a refund for the purchase price
All warranty service is provided free of charge, including return shipping within the United States.
Extended Care
For additional peace of mind, we recommend following our device care instructions included with your purchase. Proper maintenance can help extend the life of your device beyond the warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is your exclusive remedy. Luvaira shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
